Actually Do

You're the first point of contact for prospective customers. Your job is to start the conversation — compliantly, confidently, and with a script that works.

Outbound Prospecting
Make outbound calls to prospective households using Agency-approved scripts to identify interest in Auto + Home/Renters insurance.

Qualify & Connect
Identify decision-makers, confirm interest, and obtain permission for the Agency to provide a no-obligation quote.

Capture Lead Details
Log full contact info, current carriers, policy renewal dates, and consent confirmation — accurately and completely.

Stay Compliant
Follow Do-Not-Call rules and Agency procedures. Direct any coverage or pricing questions to our licensed team members.

Track Your Activity
Record all hours and calling activity in the Agency system. Consistent, accurate data is part of what makes a great lead.

Grow the Pipeline
Every qualified lead you hand off is a real household the Agency can help. You're not just making calls — you're building business.
